NOW HIRING FOR SUMMER 2026 & 2026-2027 SCHOOL YEAR

Help us shape the next generation of creative, confident critical thinkers and makers!  Paint Paper Paste is looking for Lead Art Educators who believe that a paintbrush is a tool for problem-solving and that every “mess” is a breakthrough.  If you’re passionate about whole-child education, project-based learning, and the power of visual art for young artists, you’re the kind of educator we’re looking for.

Lead Art Educator candidates must be contagiously enthusiastic and passionate about the creative process as well as dedicated to helping their artists achieve a high-quality final product they can be proud of.  Lead Art Educators are the driving force of our studio and are responsible for designing and implementing top-tier project-based art lessons with an emphasis on elements of art, technical skills, and creative problem solving.  Lead Art Educators lead instruction along with the help of our Studio Assistants, and are responsible for managing and guiding their assistants during planning, prep, and instruction.

Lead Art Educator candidates must be self-motivated, dependable, resilient, punctual, efficient with time management of a classroom and individual time management, responsive team players, creative problem solvers, and highly effective with classroom management.  Candidates must have an undergraduate degree in either Education, Child Psychology, Visual Art, or similar, and must have at least 2+ years experience as the primary teacher in a classroom setting with children ages 3-7.

NOW HIRING FOR IMMEDIATE START

As a Lead Party Host, you aren't just running a party—you are hosting an experience. Lead Party Hosts lead groups of children (ages 2+) through themed art projects, manage the "flow" of the event, and ensure that every guest (and parent) leaves with a smile.

Lead Party hosts are responsible for managing day-of party and event logistics, delegating and collaborating with Studio Assistants before/during/after parties and events, delivering instruction by following written lesson plans, and set-up and clean-up of space before and after events.  Lead Party Hosts must be charismatic, solution-oriented, comfortable managing large groups of children and adults, creative problem solvers, and efficient with time management.
