PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE

The registrant grants Paint Paper Paste permission to record the participation of the student on video or by photograph and to use it for promotion and public relations on the web, in print, and at other Paint Paper Paste functions for promotional purposes only. Such recordings are the sole property of Paint Paper Paste.

DROP-OFF & PICK-UP

Students can be dropped off no earlier than 10 minutes prior to the beginning of their class, camp, or workshop.

It is expected that students will be picked up promptly at the end of class time.

We consider the time and care of our staff members very valuable. Failure to pick your child up on time will result in a late fee calculated by minutes late, collected at the time of pickup, so that we can compensate our staff for their time and for the inconvenience.

Please communicate ahead of time if your student will be arriving late or picked up early from any camp, class or workshop.  Instruction will not be altered and class/camp/workshop will not be interrupted without appropriate prior notice

AFTERSCHOOL ART ADVENTURES MAKEUP CLASS POLICY

Our Make-Up Class Policy for Afterschool Art Adventures has been updated for the 2024-2025 school year, effective beginning September 2024.

Paint Paper Paste will offer ONE Make-up Work Session per month if an artist has been absent from their class for any reason, only if the absence is communicated via email at least 1 hour prior to the missed class.

Our Make-up Work Sessions are built into the calendar and will occur on the last class of each month.  Make-Up Work Sessions will begin 30 minutes prior to the class’s regular start time.  During the Make-Up Work Session, artists can complete any projects that have not yet been completed due to absence.  Project guidance and assistance will be provided, but no additional instruction will be given.  If an artist has completed all projects during their regular class time, they will not be scheduled for a Make-Up Work Session, as no additional projects or activities will be provided during this time.

Monthly students must complete their Make-Up Work Session during the month for which they are registered.  Full-Semester students must complete their Make-Up Work Session within a month of their missed class.  When a Make-Up Work Session is scheduled, the parent who has completed the artist’s original class registration will receive an email with the details of the Make-Up Work Session.  Reminders to attend will not be provided.

No refunds or store credits will be provided for missed classes, even if the artist cannot attend the scheduled Make-Up Work Session.

“Swapping” one student for a replacement student is not permitted, including within families.  Many of our offerings have extensive waitlists, and spots open due to cancellations of any sort will be offered to waitlisted participants in the order in which they have signed up for our waitlist.
